Your privacy in short
This website does not ask you to create an account, and it does not store the details you type into the quote form. We only receive your details when you choose to send them to us on WhatsApp or by phone.
How the quote form works
When you press the button on the quote form, your browser opens WhatsApp with a message containing the details you entered, such as the car brand, model, year, condition, mileage, emirate and your WhatsApp number. Nothing is sent to us until you press send in WhatsApp yourself.
What we receive and why
When you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we receive your phone number and anything you choose to share, such as car details, photos and your location. We use this only to give you an offer, arrange the inspection and pickup, and complete the purchase of your car, including any paperwork needed for the sale.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We only share it where it is needed to complete the sale, for example with the driver collecting your car, or where the law requires it.
Services we rely on
WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and your messages are covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. This website is hosted by Netlify and loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may process basic technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver the site.
Deleting your details
You can ask us at any time to delete our conversation and any details we hold about you by messaging us on 052 606 8789.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
