Handover and payment
Your contact in the UAE hands over the car, we tow it away for free, and payment goes by bank transfer.
What you’ll usually need
Every case is a little different, so we confirm the exact list on WhatsApp before pickup.
Owner’s ID
A copy of the owner’s Emirates ID or passport.
Registration card
The car’s Mulkiya, or a copy if the original went abroad with you.
Keys and authorisation
The car keys, or details of who has them, plus authorisation for the person handing it over.

I've already left the UAE. Can I still sell my car?
Yes. You deal with us on WhatsApp from wherever you are, and a friend, colleague or relative in the UAE hands the car over for you.
Who can hand the car over for me?
Anyone you trust who is in the UAE. They will usually need to be authorised by you, and we'll explain what paperwork is needed for your situation before pickup.
How do I get paid if I'm not in the UAE?
We pay by bank transfer to the owner's account, or to the person you authorise when we collect the car.
The car has been parked for months and has fines. Can you still buy it?
Usually, yes. Tell us about any fines, an expired registration or a bank loan up front and we'll explain what needs to be settled first.
I don't have photos of the car. Can you still give a price?
Tell us the make, model, year and where it's parked. Your contact in the UAE can send photos, or we can price it once we see it.
